The Hustle & Grow Project is more than a podcast—it’s a movement built for entrepreneurs, executives, and small-business hustlers who are ready to turn effort into ownership and ambition into structure.
What started as a podcast has evolved into a multi-platform ecosystem that includes a book, live conversations, and a growing community of builders who believe hustle is only the beginning. We focus on what comes next: clarity, systems, leadership, and sustainable growth.
At Hustle & Grow, we bridge the gap between grinding and growing. Our content and experiences are designed for people who are actively building—those running businesses, leading teams, launching ideas, or managing growth while still being deeply involved in the day-to-day.
About the Founder
Kevin A. Wilder Sr. is an entrepreneur, executive, and media creator with over 25 years of real-world business experience across multiple industries, including retail, e-commerce, real estate, operations, sales, marketing, and project management.
Kevin didn’t come up through theory—he came up through execution. He’s built companies from the ground up, led teams, managed growth, and lived the reality many entrepreneurs face: being the engine, the operator, and the decision-maker all at once. That journey shaped his core belief—hustle can start a business, but systems and ownership are what sustain it.
The Hustle & Grow Project was created as a response to what Kevin saw missing in entrepreneurial spaces: honest conversations about transition—moving from doing everything yourself to building something that works without you. Through the podcast, the book, and the community, Kevin focuses on mindset shifts, operational clarity, leadership development, and scalable growth.
Known for his direct, practical, and grounded approach, Kevin bridges street-level hustle with executive-level thinking. His work speaks to entrepreneurs who are serious about building legacy businesses, not just staying busy.
At its core, Kevin’s mission is simple:
Help builders turn effort into ownership—and hustle into growth that lasts.
